- Ordering reports including Bushfire Attack Level Reports, surveys, soil inspection reports and permeability reports
- Obtaining quotations
- Typing Addenda’s
- Preparing post contract and under construction variations
- Compiling documentation in preparation for building approvals
- Submitting for water applications with the Water Corporation or Aqwest
- Preparing and submitting Waste Water applications to Local Government Authorities
- Preparing and submitting Planning/Development applications to Local Government Authorities
- Obtaining Developers Approval
- Preparing and submitting Building applications (including but not limited to BA1, BA2, BA9, BA19, BA22, BA7) to Local Government Authorities
- Liaising with Local Government Authorities with requirements for applications
- Preparing and submitting of HIA and MBA awards
- Electrical plan consulting
- Department of Water and Environmental Regulation - Licence Applications / Transfers
Small Business & Personal Administration:
- Calendar time management & scheduling of meetings
- Daily emails and correspondence
- Spreadsheet and data entry work
- Word processing and written correspondence
- Travel bookings and management
- Requesting and obtaining quotations for contractors
- Ordering of office supplies such as stationary, business cards, staff name badges etc
- Organising payments for bills and appointment scheduling
- MYOB and Xero payroll services including creating & approving quotes, orders and invoices, processing and paying invoices & more
Real Estate & Property Management Administration:
- Preparing and typing of Property Condition Reports
- Scheduling property viewings and home opens
- Appraisal documentation preparation
- Preparing listing forms and conducting research for listings, sellers and purchasers
- Coordinate trades for maintenance repairs to properties
- Contacting and following up clients for feedback
